Sisters Network UK is responsible for the personal information handled through this website. Use the contact form for privacy questions, access requests or corrections.
This policy applies to Sisters Network UK. Casino operators and other websites reached through our links handle information under their own privacy notices. We do not provide gambling accounts or process casino deposits and withdrawals.
Information you send us
The contact form collects your email address and message, together with your name and the affected page URL if you choose to provide them. We use that information to review an enquiry, investigate a correction or respond to a request.
Messages are stored privately in the WordPress administration area and are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. The scheduled task runs through WordPress, so deletion can occur after that point when the task next runs. The form does not send an automatic email notification or a copy to an outside messaging service.
Please do not send casino passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or medical information. An editorial enquiry does not require access to your casino account.
Technical and security information
The hosting and network services used to deliver the website can process IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser information and security events. Cloudflare provides content-delivery and security services for this site. Operational logs support availability, troubleshooting and protection against abuse.
The contact form uses a short-lived, keyed hash of the requesting IP address to limit repeated submissions. Its rate-limit record expires after one hour. The form does not add the raw IP address to the stored enquiry.
Security logs and backups are separate from the contact inbox. Information may remain in a backup until that backup is replaced or expires. Use the contact form if you need information about a particular record or retention request.
Browser storage and click measurement
The site stores a short visit record in browser session storage. It contains the landing page, a broad arrival category such as search or referral, and a 30-minute expiry. This supports aggregate measurement of outbound casino links.
The aggregate click record contains the day, relevant site pages, destination route, placement and broad arrival category. This measurement code does not store a visitor identifier, IP address or referrer query string. Browser settings that block this storage do not prevent ordinary navigation.
Necessary technologies may also be used to deliver pages and protect the site. External websites may use different cookies and tracking technologies after you visit them; consult their own notices and controls.
Why information is used
We use correspondence to handle enquiries and maintain accurate content, and technical information to operate and secure the website. The relevant purposes may rely on legitimate interests or a legal obligation. Where consent is required for an optional technology, it must be obtained before that use.
Information may be handled by service providers involved in hosting, security, content delivery, backups or website maintenance. It may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal rights. We do not sell personal information.
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Applicable transfer safeguards and further information can be requested through the contact form.

Sisters Network UK does not currently make solely automated decisions about visitors that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
